Studio Eclettico Hair & Co. requires a minimum 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel appointments, notice of less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
We reserve the right to cancel non confirmed appointments.
To secure an online booking for any service a 20% deposit is required. This deposit will be fully credited to your service on the day or is fully refundable when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided. When less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.
