Salon Etiquette
- The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client.
- Studio Eclettico Hair & Co. respect the time of our clients, please be sure to arrive for your appointment on time.
- Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Clients must not be abusive to staff or other clients at the salon. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately if you bully, harass, abuse or assault any person on the premises.
- If you arrive later than your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
- Children are welcome in our salon but must be monitored to ensure other clients’ comfort.
- We strive to create a relaxing environment. Please be courteous, put your phone on silent and respect everyone else’s time of relaxation, especially in the basin room. Please refrain from using your phone on speaker, alternatively take your phone call outside.
- Please refrain from wearing high collars or light coloured tops whilst having colour in the salon, although every effort will be made whilst colouring and rinsing to prevent any damage to garments, Studio Eclettico hair & Co. does not take responsibility for any clothing or personal items.
